To enroll in a ProFormance Racing School class or event, please fill out the form below and press “submit”. Or if you prefer print this form, fill it out and fax it to: 425-271-7232 or mail it to: PO Box 791 Bellevue, WA 98009

Drivers attending a ProFormance Racing School lapping event will need to have a Returning Drivers Form on file with us. Please complete that form as well as the one below.

Once enrolled, you will receive a two-page confirmation letter stating all the details including directions, what to bring, car preparation, and schedule. This letter will be sent out 2 weeks prior to your event. Drivers signing up for our lapping programswill receive an e-mail reminder with all the details 7 days prior to each program you are registered for .

All programs conducted rain or shine.

* Drivers under 18 years of age must have a liability release signed by parent or legal guardian.

Note: All lapping days require a Coach your first time back from the one day high performance class. Also, the One-Day High Performance Class is a prerequisite for Two-day Competition School.

Please Note: This form is submitted to ProFormance Racing school as standard e-mail. Please do not include information such as, credit card numbers, passwords, or any information that requires security encyption. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a course. Make checks payable to ProFormance Inc. Cancellations: We require 14 days notice of cancellation. Failure to notify our office, either by telephone or writing, prior to 14 days of your reserved school date will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Payment in full required 7 days prior to scheduled program. No refunds are given for cancellation less than 7 days from scheduled date. Prices subject to change without notice.
